Yes! A flat rate fee of $75 will be applied which covers delivery, set up, and next day pick up.
A $100 deposit (non-refundable and transferable) is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to party date. A late fee charge of $25 will be applied if remaining balance is not paid on time.

A damage deposit is a refundable fee that is returned after inspection of rental equipment. If any damages are accrued during a rental, an itemized price list will be sent summarizing the damage charges. If any amount of the deposit fees are left over, it will be refunded to the customer. The damage deposit is due with final payment 1 week prior to the event.
The final payment is due 10 days prior to the date of the event. If payment is not received or the date is not changed, the security deposit will be forfeited and an additional charge of $25 will be applied.
Our packages are one-night rentals. Each additional night (depending on availability) is $30 per night/per teepee.
Parties should be booked at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. If booked 1 week prior to the date of the event, the full balance for the party is due the day it is booked and a rush fee will apply.
A rush fee is an additional charge for events booked less than 10 days in advance. Contact us for more details.
Our goal is to provide an enchanted sleepover experience for all of our clients. To accomplish this, we ask that you please have the area in which we are setting up smoke and pet free, and as clean as possible. And, for the convenience and safety of our clients, we ask that you move as much furniture from the area as possible. The more space and less furniture, the better!
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate hotel parties, however we can accommodate clubhouse rentals. Reach out to us so we can discuss the details.
Set up typically takes about 1-3 hours depending on your theme, the location of the party, and the number of teepees that are included in your package.
Setup start times are scheduled between 9am- 1pm the day of the party.
Yes, we do not provide pillows to sleep on. We will provide a throw blanket and themed throw pillows. The themed pillows are for decor purposes only. We do suggest guests to have their own blanket and sleeping pillows for maximum comfort.
We absolutely love fur babies, but please keep them off the teepees/tents to prevent them from puncturing the air mattresses.
Yes! Yes! Yes! Props and party favors make sleepover parties pop! When booking your package, select your party props from the add-ons section. If there is something extra special you would like to add-on to your teepee sleepover experience, let’s chat! We are happy to discuss and provide a special touch that's perfect for your party! Additional pricing will apply.
No. For your convenience, we ask that you please send pictures of your space one day prior to the day that your setup is scheduled to take place. That way, we can provide the best layout according to the shape and size of the area intended for the party.
Yes. All teepees are 5 ft. tall and can accommodate adults or children. Air mattresses are all twin-sized. Adult teepee sleepover themes are considered custom themes. Please contact us for more details and color options.
All laundry is professionally cleaned and all hard services are sanitized before, during, and after each set up.
In order to make your teepee sleepover party more comfortable and to account for those attendees who might be sensitive to allergens, all of our teepees and bedding are cleaned with non-fragrance hypo-allergenic detergent.
We understand that things come up. For this reason, parties can be rescheduled for a later date. However, the security deposit is non-refundable but it is transferable. If the party is canceled within 10 days prior to party date and all fees have been paid the funds are only transferable.
We know last-minute additions to guest lists sometimes happen. We understand. That's why we are willing to do our best to accommodate. Adding tents may be possible depending on availability. The fee for each additional teepee depends on the party package selected at booking (please refer to our Party Package Page for pricing). If a teepee needs to be removed at the last minute that's okay too, however the original booking fee will remain.
Boys love teepee sleepovers, too! We have a variety of boy themes on our Themes page. If you don’t see a particular theme please feel free to contact us to discuss your custom theme ideas. Let us know what you like!
We will! I, the owner of the business, along with a team member will come set your teepees and/or tents up and then we will return the next day to break them down at a designated time.
Yes, you sure can! An additional $100 fee will be added to your party package for a party outdoors.
Luxe Picnics and Dreamy Tea Parties
We typically set up your luxe picnic and dreamy tea parties in an open space inside your home or backyard.
Yes, we do offer park picnics/tea parties at surrounding area parks, please message us for locations.
Our rental period is overnight for home locations and 2-4 hours for park locations.
Setup depends on the size of the party but will take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours. We will discuss this with you at booking and let you know how long we will need for your party size.
Each table can accommodate up to six guests.
Our picnics vary depending on the size of party, however a general rule is that you will need a 8 x 8 open space. We will discuss the exact size needed at booking.
